Terms and Conditions

The conditions and requirements below are a document regulating the relationship between the registrants in Elite Coach Institute courses on one hand, and the Institute's management on the other hand.

Therefore, please read these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before registering with the Institute and its website www.elite-coach.org or using any part of the contents of the platform (by the word “Platform”, we mean all the contents and pages that fall within the scope of the Institute’s website via Internet, or within its applications or both), including accessing any course materials, chat rooms, or other electronic services.

These Terms and Privacy Policy are the agreements (which may be referred to, collectively, as "Agreements") between you and the Institute. You also accept and agree through your use of the Institute's platform to be legally bound by the agreements, whether or not you are a registered user of the platform.

The Institute reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice to you. Changes to these Terms are effective immediately upon being posted on this page or within any other section of the Site. By entering the Platform after making any changes, you agree to the revised Terms and all changes therein.

If you are one of the participants or registered in the courses, then you are one of the students and you will be subject to the following laws, terms and conditions and you undertake to do so:

Article 1: Administrative Obligations

When you register on the site, we ask that you provide certain personal information, including a valid email address, Facebook or Google Account login details and username.

You must have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the pricing information before using the Platform or registering for a course
You must be over 18 years old.
All texts, exams, videos, images and other educational materials provided with the courses offered at Elite Coach Institute are for your personal use in connection with those courses only.
Elite Coach Institute does not bear any responsibility for travel trips, entry visa or health insurance
The participant will be responsible for any accidental accident during the course, whether it is health or anything else. The Elite Coach Institute does not bear any responsibility for this incident.
The subscriber must inform the Institute of any change in the ways to contact him (address, phone number, e-mail) so that we can contact him when necessary or provide him with information.
Elite Coach Institute is not responsible for the interruption or poor internet speed of the student during the broadcast of lectures, or during exams that students take in some courses via the Internet
Pictures and films recorded during training courses are considered the private property of the Elite Coach Institute, and the student who appears in them is allowed to be used by the Elite Coach Institute and published in the media and social networking pages or any other means.
The student is allowed to submit a written request to the administration of the Elite Coach Institute, requesting that his image or voice not appear in the materials published for the benefit of the institute

Article 2: Registration and Financial Conditions

Each student must pay the course fees before the end date of registration.
In the event that the participant is unable to participate in the course before its start, he is entitled to substitute with another person to participate in his place (provided that the substitute is qualified to participate).
Please note that the registration fee paid during registration is non-refundable and non-negotiable. These fees are not refundable
In the event that the participant wishes to withdraw from the course for any reason, he is not entitled to a refund of any amount of the wages paid.
In the event of any change in prices, session dates or any other forced change, the subscriber is free to continue or withdraw without any material deductions.
Students who enjoy the convenient payment system (installments) must make the payments at the agreed times, otherwise the student will bear a delay fine of 15 dinars for each day of delay for a maximum period of 30 days. After that, the student is considered dismissed and does not have any rights towards the Elite Coach Institute.
Those who did not pass the attempts granted to them in the final theoretical test of the training course may request an additional exam for a sum of 150 dinars for each additional attempt, provided that it is within the period granted for the course.
Those who did not pass the final practical test of the training course may repeat the test in whole or in part, according to the recommendations of the supervising professor. But the repetition must be within the allowed period of the course. Otherwise, they may request an additional exam for an amount of 150 dinars for each additional attempt, provided that it does not exceed 30 days from the date of the end of the course period.
Students must abide by the announced training courses duration and complete all necessary course requirements within the specified times. Otherwise, an additional 150 dinars must be paid as a fine for extending the duration of the course. Only one month is granted to extend the course starting from its end date. That is, the extension period does not exceed 30 days after the end of the course period.

Article 3: Discipline and Respect

Commitment to the dates and timings of the training course.
Commitment to the special dress for the session and keep it clean and neat.
The participant must abide by the laws of the country in which the course (semester courses) is held, and is responsible for any behavior outside the applicable laws.
The student must adhere to high morals and upright behavior in line with public custom, customs and traditions towards his colleagues, teachers, administrative staff and the entire study environment in the Elite Coach Institute, which is manifested by treating others with courtesy, decency and respect, avoiding offensive behavior and maintaining an atmosphere of decency and mutual respect. Otherwise, the student is considered dismissed from participating in all kinds of training courses without prior notice and without any financial compensation.
The management of the Elite Coach Institute does not bear any consequences for any personal disputes between students, professors, lecturers and trainers
The participant is considered to be absent from the course if his absence exceeds 25% of the number of hours of direct lectures (semester or zoom courses), and he is not allowed to enter the final exam and is not granted any training certificate.

Article 4: General Provisions

The Elite Coach Institute is not responsible for the employment of students graduating from it, nor for their acceptance in other entities.
Students are prohibited from disposing of the content of the lectures presented by the Elite Coach Institute by modifying, selling, or the like, without prior written permission from the Elite Coach Institute administration.
You hereby undertake, as a condition of your use of the services offered by Elite Coach Institute via its website, that you will not use the Platform in any way intended to abuse, disable, impede or overburden the Institute's server or interfere with any third party and the enjoyment of the Platform.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Elite Coach Institute website through hacking, password mining or any other means is strictly prohibited.
It is strictly prohibited to attempt to obtain any materials or information stored on the Platform, or any of its servers or computers connected to it through any means not intentionally made available through the Platform

Article 5: Forbidden and Prohibited

The following list shows the materials that are strictly prohibited from circulating in the Elite Coach Institute, if it is an actual presence, or on its platform, website and social media pages:

Content that defames, harasss or threatens others
Content that discusses illegal activities
Content that infringes the intellectual property of a third party, including but not limited to copyrights or trademarks
Profane, pornographic, indecent, indecent or unauthorized content
Advertising or any form of commercial advertising
Contents related to partisan political activiti
Viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs or corrupted files, malware, spyware or any other similar software that may damage the operation of a computer or other property
Content that includes intentionally inaccurate information or that is posted with the intent to mislead others.
Further, you agree not to attempt to collect information or download any Content in the Elite Coach Institute Platform in bulk, including but not limited to the system user list or directory, online textbooks, user postings or their personal information. You also agree not to misrepresent or attempt to misrepresent your identity while using the Platform.
It is prohibited to use credit cards, debit cards, or any other payment method that does not have the full authorization from the owner of the payment method to purchase a course through it. This includes, but is not limited to, fake electronic payment cards, stolen electronic payment cards, electronic payment cards that are not authorized to be used, and the Elite Coach Institute reserves the full right to refer violators of the laws of financial transactions to the competent judicial authorities or provide user details to the relevant authorities in the user's country.

Any violation of the provisions of the above-mentioned list entitles Elite Coach Institute to terminate your use of and access to the website and/or your participation in training courses of all kinds without prior notice and without any financial compensation.
